DEVELOPMENT OF LAWS AND DHAMMAVINAYA APPLICATION FOR SANGHA ADMINISTRATION STRENGTH IN THAI SOCIETY

Abstract

This research article aimed to review the knowledge of operating systems, developing an operating system for a strong Sangha administration and to evaluate the operating system trial, conducted with the mixed research methods of 4 types of research: documentary research; quantitative research, qualitative research and action research.

The research results revealed that 1. Sangha legal operating system is currently hierarchical administrative system 2. Application of Sangha Data Management System, SDMS consisted of facilitating tools, namely, 1) family children who wish to ask for ordination, 2) Monks and novices 3). Sangha Administrators 4) System Administrators.  Users can access various activities through the website. www.sanghadata.com 3. The results of the operating system experimental evaluation was found that the efficiency of the Sangha Data Management System (SDMS) database application in general was at a high level of 88.6 percent.  When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were effective at the high level. The monks were satisfied with the application of the Sangha Data Management System (SDMS) as a whole at high level ( = 3.58, S.D. = 0.855.), when considering each aspect, it was found that 11 items out of 16 items were at high level. The item 15 was at highest level.  The vocabulary used is familiar and can be followed easily.
