FIVE PRECEPT ESTABLISHMENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT BY 7 GOOD ACTIVITIES IN PATHUMTHANI PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research paper were 1. to study the condition of problems and obstacles 2. to study the components and 3. To present the project management model for the establishment of the 5 precepts with 7 good deeds in Pathum Thani Province, conducted by thew mixed research methods. The qualitative research, data were collected from 17 key informants. The research instrument was an in-depth-interview script. The quantitative research collected data from 400 samples who were employees of the company. Asian Stanley International Co., Ltd., Pathum Thani Province with questionnaire and analyzed by calculating frequency, percentage, mean score (), standard deviation (S.D.) to support qualitative research.

The results showed that 1. Condition of problems and obstacles caused by the discontinuity of the activities The time to practice was quite limited. Lack of project summary and evaluation. 2. Components of Project Management (PDCA) 1) The Company planned activities which were sub-divided from the Monastery, People, State Creating Happiness Project, 2) The implementation aspect. Had organized a project with the monks at Wat Khianket 3) in the field of inspection, the company had checked the names of the participants. 4) Revisions. the company had adjusted its strategy to organize activities for a limited time. 3. Project management model consisted of precepts observing, chanting, meditating Keeping the room clean, thinking good, talking good, doing good, engaging in Oh Really Happy Hour activities.
