AI IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Abstract

Public administration has changed the world in  3 issues that the author has presented, the reviewer has brought to write in this time consisted of public administration that has changed the world in the 5G era,(issue 1) is the persuasion to think, to look and to examine the public administration practiced in the developed world and Thailand had brought in the knowledge and principle of public administration to practice in Thailand that helped public administrators have more and wide vision,(Issue 2).  2) the management of the state  in the new normal era where we have to rely on technology or AI to manage the organization. Whether it is study, Education or coordination, it is necessary to use technology to collect data as Big data. it is indispensable, the principle of good governance (Issue 3) is Disruption; there were special government administration in the central and provincial areas which emphasized self-help project.  There was decentralized power and the administration is not redundant and fair that was able to compete with the central government
