AN APPROPRIATE MODEL OF A COMMUNITY COUNCIL FOR ENHANCING COMMUNITY RESOURCES MANAGEMENT COOPERATION

This research article aimed to study the appropriate community council model for building cooperation to reduce inequalities in community resource management, conducted by the qualitative research, collected data by In-depth interviewing 15 key informants. Data were analyzed by content descriptive interpretation.
The results showed that the central area community council model of strengthening cooperation in community resource management consisted of
1) Holistic thinking 2) Flexible structure 3) Emphasis on informality 4) An operational system that supported network operations, 5) Clear communication of work roles, and 6) Open-minded and ready to adjust according to the situation. In addition, the community council was a tool that enhanced cooperation in working together among community organizations and network partners to manage community resource problems together, leading to the reduction of community inequality problems in 4 dimensions, namely: 1) Strengthening cooperation to reduce community resource inequality 2) Creating opportunities to access community resources 3) Utilizing community resources and 4) Fair and impartial resource management.
