THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN AGILE LEADERSHIP AND JOB SATISFACTION OF LARGE SCHOOL TEACHERS IN BANGKOK PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

This survey research aimed to study 1. the levels of Agile leadership of large school administrators in Bangkok primary educational service area office. 2. the levels of job satisfactions of large schoolteachers. 3. the relationships between Agile leadership and teacher’s job satisfactions. The sample consisted of 137 teachers in a large school. The tool used was 5 rating scales questionnaire constructed by the researchers with .982 reliability. The returned questionnaire was 113 or 82.48 %. The statistic used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’ Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The result was found that 1. the Agile leadership of large school administrator in overall and each aspect were at a high level. 2. the level of teacher’s job satisfaction in overall and each aspect were at a high level. 3. the relationship between agile leadership and the level of teacher’s job satisfaction were in the positive way with a highest level at the .01 significant level (r=.845 p < .01).
