QUALITY MANGEMENT SYSTEM FOR WORLD - CLASS STANDARD PRIMARY SCHOOL IN BURIRAM PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract

Objectives of this research were: 1. To study condition, development and evaluate the model of the quality management system. This research was conducted in three phases. Phase 1) was to study. The sample groups were 5 school: Informants were 142 administrators and teacher. The research instrument was questionnaire. Phase 2) was to develop the model which were divided two parts: Part 1 was conducted by implementing a semi – structured interview with 12 directors in Buriram primary education service area office. Part 2 was conducted by implementing a semi - structured interview with 5 study supervision. Phase
3) The model of an effective academic administration of educational extension schools under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Offices was evaluated by evaluators which consisted of seven experts and five expert. The research instrument was questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage mean and standard deviation.

The research findings were as follows: 1. It was to study the quality management system status of world-class standard primary school in Buriram primary education service area office. 2. The model of quality management system status of world-class standard primary school. The scope of academic work that needed development, totally 3 aspects, namely 1) student characteristics, consisting of academic excellence; Communicate at least 2 languages, advanced in thought creative production share responsibility for the global society
2) teaching and learning management is comparable to international standards, consisting of academic quality, teacher quality, research and development; 3) management with a quality system consisting of school administrators management system fundamentals co-development network 3.The results of the model assessment are consistent with the empirical data. In terms of accuracy and appropriateness and in terms of feasibility and usefulness were at the highest level.
