MANAGEMENT STRATEGY TOWARDS EXCELLENCE OF SCHOOL UNDER THE OFFICE OF KALASIN PRIMARY EDUCATION AREA 1

Objectives of this research article were: 1. To study the current condition, desirable condition and necessary needs of management towards the excellence of School Under the Office of Kalasin Primary Education Area 1. Samples for the research were administrators and Academic Head Teacher 181 persons by Stratified Random Sampling. 2.To set a management strategy towards the excellence of School Under the Office of Kalasin Primary Education Area 1. Key Informants for interviewing were school administrators and teachers, head of academic department, 6 people and 9 experts by purposefullu selected. The tools used for data collection were questionnaires with the confidence value of the current condition questionnaire was 0.91 and the confidence value of the desirable condition questionnaire was 0.95, interview form and a Strategy assessment form suitability confidence questionnaire was 0.95, possibility confidence questionnaire was 0.97. Data were analyzed by using statistics percentage, mean, standard deviation. and analyze the priorities of the necessary needs with the PNI Modified Index.
The results were as follows: 1. The current condition was at medium level, The desirable conditions were at highest level. The needs were arranged in the following order: Strategic planning, organization leadership, students and stakeholders, personnel, outcome, measurement, analysis, and knowledge management in the operational process, respectively. 2. Management strategy towards the excellence of School Under the Office of Kalasin Primary Education Area 1 consisted of 4 main strategies,namely 1) Strategic Planning Strategies for Excellence, 2) Effective personnel development strategies, 3) Strategies for enhancing operational processes; and 4) Strategies aimed at building quality learners to be effective, assessment results, suitability, possibility, by overall, were at the highest level accordingly.
