THREE DIMENSIONS OF HEALTH SYSTEM GOVERNANCE FOR AGRICULTURAL MIGRANT LABORS IN THAILAND

This research article aimed to study health system governance for agricultural migrant labors in Thailand through three dimensions of governance, including government-centered, building-block, and institutional approaches. The paper employed qualitative research method, both documentary research and in-depth interview.
Findings indicated that agricultural migrant labors had specific problems. It made health security programs, social security and health insurance to redesign based on three dimensions of governance for creating inclusive agricultural migrant labor health policy.
