GUIDELINES FOR TEACHING CHINESE LANGUAGE LEARNING THROUGH ONLINE SYSTEMS OF SCHOOLS PROVIDING CHINESE LANGUAGE LEARNING IN THE BANGKOK METROPOLITAN REGION UNDER THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK

Abstract

The objectives of this Qualitative research were to study guidelines for teaching Chinese language learning through online systems of schools providing Chinese language learning in the Bangkok metropolitan region under the COVID-19 outbreak and to study problems and guidelines for teaching Chinese language learning through online systems of schools providing Chinese language learning in the Bangkok metropolitan region under the COVID-19.

The findings revealed that 1. Guidelines for teaching Chinese language learning through online systems of Chinese language teaching schools in the Bangkok metropolitan region which consists of: 1). Preparation before conducting online teaching and learning, 2). The implementation of online teaching and learning consists of: 2.1) Discussions, explanations, guidelines for online learning management, 2.2) Learning the specified content, 2.3) Initiating roles in learning for learners, 2.4) creating innovations in enhancing knowledge and skills for learners; and; 3). Online measurement and evaluation. 2. Problems in the management of teaching Chinese language online include: 1). Information technology problems, 2). Learners lack the willingness to learn, 3). Teachers do not care and care thoroughly and 4. Difficult to define learning activities. 3. Solutions to problems in the management of Chinese language teaching online include: 1). Preparation of teaching notes or self-learning materials, 2). Creating a variety of activities and learning materials, 3).Agreement formation and participation, 4). Development of learning channels suitable for learners, and 5). Promoting education and research from electronic learning sources.
