This will allow people to enjoy the comfort of living both in terms of national security. in the political, economic and social dimensions. But it is impossible for the government to take care and provide services to the people in every local community. Because there may be problems with delays in operations that may not meet the needs of each local community including budget and personal limitations or officers can operate thoroughly In this way, reducing the burden of the government by allowing people in the local community to participate in real self-government in order to meet the needs of the local community. This way will be convenient, quick and meet the purpose of the local community.
