BUDDHIST METHODS WITH LEADERSHIP NEW NORMAL

Abstract

The objective of this article was to present  the Brahmavihara IV to apply in leadership in new normal era that adapted to current situation. Leadership in new normalera should be able to make employees believe and trust in the leaders and also be able to persuade them in the same direction and overcome the  crisis by using Brahmavihara IV. The leaders should have 4 compositions: First one is Vision (metta) Leaders need to see far. ready for change and timely be willing to help each other, Second is Integrity (karuna) leaders must have morals, ethics, adhere to rules, regulations, fairness, focus on talking, finding reasons, not being silent. Next is Positive thinking (mutita) Leaders must always have a positive attitude, clear, caring, caring for the welfare and well-being of personnel. Lastly, the leaders should have Neutrality (upekkha) leaders must have a neutral mind, dare to think, dare to act, keep up with the situation, must be mindful at all times.
