MODEL DEVELOPMENT OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT ACCORDING TO TEMPLE, PEOPLE, GOVERNMENT PROJECT OF NONTHABURI PROVINCE

Abstract

This research article aimed to analyze management, study the composition and present the development with the mixed research methods. The qualitative research conducted by in-depth interviewing 17 key informants and 9 participants who were experts in group discussion. Data were analyzed by descriptive interpretation. The quantitative research was conducted by studying 192 samples. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, and Mean Standard Deviation.

The results of the research showed that 1. Nonthaburi Province had clear operating principles with many ongoing activities applying the Buddhist principles in the   in the implementation with enough manpower. The monasteries had activities that were in line with the projects, set up a committee and trained to educate people who were involved in arranging the temple areas and buildings to be proportional, clean and hygienic and activities that promoted health and the good environment. 3. Development of management style, consisting of organizing utensils into categories. Separating the necessary and unnecessary things, destroying the useless, keeping something useful, labelling the things in order of importance, keeping them in safe places, campaigning the cleanliness and arranging janitors for cleaning, improving the Senasana buildings to be clean and hygienic, creating 5S’s values by setting regulations and creating awareness.
