The academic article on Human Resource Management Strategies for Building Relationships with organizations presents the concept of organizational engagement of human resources. Participation strategies consisted of 1) determining the direction of personnel towards the organization 2) assessment of the organization and the internal and external environment 3) setting the strategy Make short- and long-term plans or projects. 4) Implement strategies. How many strategies are put into action? Personnel and organization must be managed through joint activities. Or a joint project until a bond, love and unity grow between people and people. Or between departments and organizations is a strategy for creating a bond within the organization in another form.
