Abstract

          Objectives of this article were  intended to consider 1) Criminal definition and 2) The criminal categorization which the authors found that 1) the criminal is the acts of affecting the society in which a person commits a criminal offense, punishable by law and 2) The criminal categorization can be categorized into 6 categories, viz (1) Criminal offense in terms of the law. (2) Criminal offense in terms of actions. (3) Criminal offense in terms of intention. (4) Criminal offense in terms of offenders. (5) Criminal offense in terms of penalties and (6) Criminal offense in terms of litigation.
