DECISION–MAKING OF ADMINISTRATOR AND THE SCHOOLS EFFECTIVENESS UNDER THE NONTHAURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Objectives of this research were to study: 1) the decision-making of Administrator under Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, 2) the effectiveness of school under Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office and 3) the relationship between the decision-making of administrator and the effectiveness school under Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office. Methodology was the quantitative method; data were collected from 76 primary schools under Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office. The respondents from each school were the directors and teachers totaling 152 persons. The research instrument was a questionnaire about the decision-making of administrator and the effectiveness school. The findings of this research were as follows: 1) the decision-making of administrator under of the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, by overall was at high level (=4.10, S.D.=0.33). 2) The effectiveness school under Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, by overall and as individual, were at high level.
(=4.30, S.D.=0.41). And 3) there was significant relationship between the decision-making of administrator and the effectiveness school under Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office at 0.01 level.
