Abstract

This dissertation The purpose is to study the facts about the problems.

            The research was conducted by interviewing a population sample consisting of four main groups are: Group 1 is the group of people, and the people, pet Group 2 is a sample of organizations or government agencies involved three group samples. authorized law enforcement groups is four scholars, prosecutors, judges and professors of law. Found that there is no law on legal measures to control and promote pet, but the law relating to the Act Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and the Animal Welfare Act 2557, but was not used to. the control measures and promote pet. And the penalties imposed

            Thailand is considered a compromise which is necessary legal measures to control and promote pet. The animal must be registered and records all animals. Have total control of the party Which should be taxed pet. The punitive measures to enforce the law seriously. The measures prescribed in the law on regulating and promoting pet. Providing clear and concrete So the pet has become more socially responsible. Do not let their pet to a nuisance to others.
