The purposes of this research were aim to study The Model of School Leadership According to World Class Standard School. The methodology of this research consisted of five steps : 1) Analyzing documents and (Open-Ended Questions) interviewing of the administrators who were specialist for Educational Administration and setting up the conceptual frame work; 2) Constructing the Model of School Leadership According to World Class Standard School; 3) developing the Model of School Leadership According to World Class Standard School based on Delphi technique 3 for 3 times from 24 by (Close –Ended Questions) interviewing and 5 rating scale questionnaires. The statistical data analysis were Median, Mean and Interquartile Rang; 4) Examining the by the Model of School Leadership According to World Class Standard School the questionnaires for collection the data from 60 of administrators, head of class levels and head of educational departments. The statistical data analysis were frequency and percentage; 5) Summarizing, discussing and presenting the findings of this research. The findings of this research revealed that: The appropriate of The Model of School Leadership According to World Class Standard School were as follows : Vision, Leadership of Academic, Quality Management, Management of Technology Communication, Communication by Foreign Language, Change Agent.
