Abstract

Manager is a key person in both the public and private sectors, leading the organization to thrive or survive under ever-changing circumstances. Good leaders must have the knowledge and skills in administration. And the management of the leader must be good and moral. There are many leaders who study leadership. Type of leader Leadership Features Leadership Leadership Change Personnel in the organization is an important management factor. Managing people to work efficiently and effectively Management must have the right management tools. There are studies on the tools of human management, both Western and Eastern theories, namely, the application of Buddhist principles to the administration of man, namely, the four virtues 4, 4 by the blessing 4. Used as a machine to administer people. It motivates the worker. This affects the level of efficiency and effectiveness in the operation.
