Abstract

This research aimed to study 1) The causal factors and the effectiveness of private higher education institutions, 2) the harmonization of the causal factors affecting the effectiveness of private higher education institutions, and 3) Influence of Causal factors contribute directly and indirectly to the effectiveness of the institution.The data of this study was derived from reviewing literature and interviewing experts in order to confirm its variables, create, and develop a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this study included 44,008 university
administrators, instructors, and educational support staff from 7 institutions. However, only 380 participants were selected as the sample of this study using a multi sampling technique.The data was analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, confirmatory factor path analysis, and structural equation. This study was tested and expanded its results from the confirmatory analysis of the causal factors affecting the effectiveness of private higher education institutions.
The findings were as follows: 1.The causal factors affecting the effectiveness of private higher education institutions consisted of 1.1.Leadership. The variables of prestige/ ideological influence,motivation for building inspiration, intellectual stimulation, and transformational leadership were at a high level. 1.2.Organizational culture. The variables of selfadjustment, mission,engagement, and values were at a high level. 1.3.Information
technology. The variables of learning and teaching,management, information services, and material development were at a high level. 1.4.The level of the effectiveness of private higher education institutions. The overall results showed that the production of graduates, research, academic services, and arts and cultural preservation were at a high level.
2. The test of harmony of the causal factors affecting the effectiveness of private higher education institutions can be revealed as follows : The study and monitoring of harmony causal factor affecting the effectiveness of private higher education institutions after the model are in harmony with the empirical data. This is determined by chi - square ( =86.41) There was no statistically significant (p >.05) And tolerances in parameter estimation (RMSEA=0.025) Is less than .05. This research had shown that the causal factors affecting the effectiveness of private higher education institutions was in harmony with the empirical data ( =86.41,P=0.102,RMEA=0.025).
3. Influences of the causal factors affecting the effectiveness of private higher education institutions 3.1.The leadership factor is significantly affected directly and indirectly at the 0.01 level through the variables of organizational culture and information technology. 3.2.The organizational culture factor affected the effectiveness of private higher education institutions directly at the 0.01 level. It also affected indirectly at the 0.01 level through the factor of information technology. 3.3.The information technology factor affected the effectiveness of private higher education institutions directly.
