Abstract

The study of the Green Governance Operational of Green Industrial Factory Certified in Thailand aims at studying the corporate green governance in accordance with the information access, community participation, transparency, corporate social responsibility and national resources sustainable. This attributes to know the fact of the green industry management in the industry of Green Industrial Factory Certified in Thailand. The results of 800 factory samplings reveal those as follows: 1. The analysis of the green governance operational is at high level The information access is at intermediate level  community participation is at intermediate level  transparency is at high level  corporate social responsibility is at high level ( X =3.60); and national resources sustainable is at high level
( X =3.72).
2. The analysis of the Green Industry management is at high level  Green commitment is at high level  green activity is at intermediate level  green system is at high level ( X =3.50); green culture is at high level
and the green network is at high level 

3. The test on the hypothesis, “relationship between green governance operational and the green industry management”. The result shows the canonical correlation level of 0.862.

4. The results of the analysis reveal that the national resources sustainable directly affect the Green commitment and the green culture. The outcome also shows that national resources management indirectly affects the environment policy formulation and environment policy communication. National resources management indirectly affects the stakeholder privilege respect and human right respect. Green manufacturing process indirectly affects the environment policy formulation and environment policy communication. Green manufacturing process indirectly affects the respect stakeholder privilege and respect human right.
