The Development Model of Improve Quality for Management Temple in Post Modern

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study states and problems ofmanagement administration in temples, 2) to develop the quality model of modernmanagement administration in monastery, and 3) to evaluate the effectiveness ofthe quality model of postmodern management administration in temples. Theresearch methodology was Research & Development: R&D. The samples of thisquantity research were 72 monks. The data were analyzed by frequency,percentage, average, and standard deviation. For the quality research, the datawere collected by in-depth interview from 6 outstanding temples and groupdiscussion with 10 monks. Also, the data were analyzed by content analysis.The findings were as follows:1. The overall results of the conditions and problems of managementadministration in temples were at a moderate level ( X=2.71), the results ofinterviewing from outstanding temples indicated that they would success if theymust have self management, job management, man management. and also themoral principles were used. They could improve their management by working as ateam, having motivation and leadership.2. The results of the quality model of modern management administrationin temples consisted of overall management administration in temples thatcomprised of 6 models which were 1) Governance, 2) Religious studies, 3) Educationwelfare, 4) Buddhist missionaries, 5) public utilities, and 6) public aids. The IOCvalues of the model was at 0.80. The satisfaction with the efficient model the wasat a high level (V = 4.31)3. The effectives evaluation before and after using the quality model ofthe postmodern management administration in temples. The model were moreappropriate comparing before and after model used .The satisfaction of the monkswere in high level ( X = 4.26).
