Germain Leader Trait of Community Leaders in Municipality Area of Phranakorn Si Ayutthaya Province

Abstract

The objectives of research of Germain Leader Trait of Community Leaderin Municipality Area of Phranakorn si ayutthaya Province were to study theexpectation of community members to community leaders in municipality area ofPhranakorn si ayutthaya province on the Germain principle. Research conducted byquestionnaires of personal factors, Germain and the general condition of thecommunity of 398 sets of data were analyzed by descriptive statistics; frequency,mean and standard deviation. Hypothesis were tested by t-test, ONE WAY ANOVAtest and multiple linear regression equation. The findings showed that Personalfactors have not different effects on different opinions about community leadertrait principles Germain and the general condition of the community. Community-based leader trait principles Germain have influence on the general condition ofthe community in a positive way in three areas such as knowing oneself, knowingthe personal individual and knowing the society, respectively.
