Morality and Ethics of Administrator to Society

Abstract

In daily life people have to struggle for their survival and family.Moreover, they have to face with different risks at the working place or school.They have to compete with oneself and others at all times in order to achieve the

target goal or gain the maximum profit. Sometimes they overlook common interestin the society, for example, low quality product, contaminated product,infringement of copyright, discharge of sewage into the river, corruption, and labor

layoffs. These wrongs always appear in the materialism society State and private organizations respectively try to compete to reach thegrowth with the highest benefts without virtue and morality concern. Because of

this, we have to focus on morality and ethics and social responsibility in order that the society can establish clean organizations and business. Nowadays everyone can see our society has been encountering with

various problems of morality and ethics, especially corruption clearly in every social class. Corruption is a chronic problem like a parasitic tumor and toxic to the body. We all have to eradicate, prevent and solve it.

In the writer's point of view, a primary solution should begin with the administrator, leader, and personnel. If those leaders are moral and ethical with right conduct, it can bring out peacefulness, justice, creativity and sustainable

cohabitation in our society. In conclusion, morality and ethics are morals cultivated in the consciousness of human being, it is subjectivity leading to good and right deed, it is ashamed to do bad things, and it cultivates social responsibility.
