Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the Effects of the Cognitive Behavior Modification Program on Developing Public Mind of The First Year Air Force Students Nurse 2) to compare score results of developing public mind of
students who participated in the Effects of the Cognitive Behavior Modification Program on Developing Public Mind with control group students. This research was the quasi experimental research which selected by purposive sampling method.
The populations were 50 students of the First Year Air Force Students Nurse, Royal Thai Air Force Nursing College, Directorate of Medical Services in the second  semester, year of 2013. The researcher asked every students to do the Public Mind
Test and then qualified 30 students who get scores of public mind scale low and divided 15 students into an experimental group and the last of 15 students into a control group.
The research results indicated that: 1) the posttest scores from the Public Mind Test of the experimental group were higher than theirs pretest scores at 0.05 level of significance. 2) the posttest scores from the Public Mind Test of the
experimental group were higher than posttest scores of the control group at 0.05 level of significance
