An Analysis of Budget of Thap Chang Municipality, Soi Dao District, Chanthaburi Province.

Abstract

This research aimed to study budget of Thap Chang Municipality,SoiDao District, Chanthaburi Province. Data used for analysis were collected from secondary source, budgetary documents of Thap Chang Municipality, Soi Dao District, Chanthaburi Province and primary source , indepth interview from relating key informants. The findings were as follows : 1. Most of revenue of Tup Chang Municipality, Soi Dow district, Chantaburi province came from tax. 2. Major expenditure of Tup Chang Municipality was regular expenditure. Regarding strategies, most of their expenditure would be spent on political and administrative one. 3. As regards to the revenue, influencing factor to excise tax and grant was numbers of household , and to shared tax was population number and its density. Regarding the expenditure, number of household would be factor influencing contingency and regular expenditures.
