Abstract

Coordination is as important as a river that flows in the organizations. Buddhism has a principle to facilitate coordination. That is Sangahavatthu 4 which  indicates that coordination must be done on the basis of friendship, good will and  good relations. This Sangkahavattu 4 comprises Dana, giving, Piyavaja, kindly  speech, Attajariya, useful conduct and Samanattata, equal treatment that are good  tool to create a smooth cooperation according to the work flow. Working together  may create some conflicts and obstacles. Coordination creates group efforts, conciliation and people in organizations realize own functions, responsibility, targets and performance standards that lead to the success of the set goals of  organizations effectively that can save time, resources and eradicates the conflicts  and reduces the work duplication
