This Sangkahavattu 4 comprises Dana, giving, Piyavaja, kindly speech, Attajariya, useful conduct and Samanattata, equal treatment that are good tool to create a smooth cooperation according to the work flow. Working together may create some conflicts and obstacles. Coordination creates group efforts, conciliation and people in organizations realize own functions, responsibility, targets and performance standards that lead to the success of the set goals of organizations effectively that can save time, resources and eradicates the conflicts and reduces the work duplication
