Abstract

This study aims to study opinion of doctoral administrators level and study the opinion of doctoral students for the managerial efficiency in doctoral curriculum of philosophy in Private and Public Higher Education Institutions. Collecting data by using 30 sets of structured interview and 165 sets of questionnaires survey. Using SPSS for data analysis. Finding are as follow, Student opinion of efficiency to the managerial of doctoral curriculum in Private and Public Higher Education Institutions for the doctoral curriculum opening, on average is high to highest. For place equipment instruction materials, on average is high to highest. For pattern of doctoral studying, on average is high to highest. For assessment, on average
is high to highest. For class attendant operation, on average high to highest. For doctoral research and study, on average is high to highest. For the study expend on average is high, all 7 sides, on average is high to highest. For the opinion of executive to the efficiency of managerial doctoral curriculum on average high. To compare the opinion level of efficiency to the managerial doctoral curriculum in Private and Public Higher Education Institutions between executive level and doctoral students, there are no different, namely executive opinion and doctoral students opinion to the efficiency of managerial doctoral curriculum on average high as well. For the problem and development method for managerial doctoral curriculum and the doctoral research topics/doctoral research proposal or doctoral research defense. Suggestion that, executive and administrators for doctoral curriculum should find more efficiency solution.
