BUDDHIST ETHICS FOR ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT IN THE ERA OF THAILAND 4.0

Abstract

This academic article was studying the Buddhist ethics for organizational management in the era of Thailand 4.0. Therefore, studying was a lot of change according to the current world by studying the related document with the organization management in Thailand 4.0 era and Buddhist ethics for organization management. The principles of Buddhist ethics for organization management were the principle of Buddhist ethics for self-management which was the principle for strictly complying with social rules, the principle of Buddhist ethics for human management which was principle of creating the equality and fairness for people in the organization and the principle of Buddhist ethics for administration which was the principle of responsibility for work that lead to the success for self and organization, finally, it can lead to organizational management as stable, wealthy and sustainable.
