THE SCENARIO IN DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC AND PEOPLE RELATIONSHIP IN THE CONFLICT MANAGEMENT OF PUBLIC DEVELOPEMT PROJECTS IN THE UPPER CENTRAL PROVINCES

Abstract

The objective of this research paper is to 1) analyze the mechanisms that enhance the relationship of government and people in the implementation of government development projects, 2) integrate Buddhism principles and the relationship of government and people in conflict management. 3) Proposing a picture of the relationship between government and people in managing conflicts arising from government development projects By using qualitative research methods Data were collected from 26 key informants / person, selected by experts. Data collection tools Including an in-depth interview with a structure Data were collected through face-to-face interviews and data collected from 13 participants / niche groups. Data were analyzed from both steps by describing the findings. The findings were as follows: 1. The mechanism that strengthens the relationship between the government and the public in the development of government projects is to formulate policies, government agencies must comply with legal regulations. Explanation to the public to understand the good results Disadvantages, benefits, and worth of the project Transparent Can check People must participate in policy formulation and problem resolution.
