Planning for project management in the organization, it generally involves the future thought of the organization from the present relates to the future story that would be an impact on the organization. Planning has the important essence of a thinking process that covers in every aspect for getting the work strategy. Things need to be done and define the necessary relationship that will complement the organization's success purposefully. In implementation of the initial plan uses the discretion for getting a clear answer about “What does the organization want to do?”, “What should the organization wish to get?”, and
“How should the organization be?” At the end of an expected period of time, the objective or goal determination of the organization need to consider and determine what needs to be done best in order to achieve according to the intended purpose. Planning is meaningful in the form of thinking consist of forwardlooking and possible prediction of the predictive environment to the needs and various conditions until it can be summarized into a necessary and appropriate action plan for what will happen in the future. The article on planning for project management in the organization describes (1) the meaning of planning, (2) the evolution of planning, (3) the importance of project management, (4) the benefit of project management, and (5) the affective factors of plan setting and causing factors of success and failure of the project.
