THE WELFARE EDUCATION MANAGEMENT OF SANGHA ADMINISTRATORS IN WISETCHAICHAN DISTRICT‚ ANGTHONG PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the educational welfare management of Sangha administrators in Wisetchaichan district, Anthong province, including having the demand to compare to compare the educational welfare management of Sangha administrators in Wisetchaichan district, Anthong province, and finally, the researcher demanded to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions to the educational welfare management of Sangha administrators in Wisetchaichan district, Anthong province. This research is the mixed research method. For the quantitative research as the survey research and the qualitative research that collected the data by in-depth interview as the sampling group from the population of 680 monks in Wisetchaichan district through Taro Yamane formula with the reliability test at 95 percent for sampling group calculation. The sampling group for this research was 252 monks. The researcher had the in-depth interview from 8 key informants to match the research topic.

The findings of this research as following : 1. The monks had the opinions to the roles of educational welfare management of Sangha administrators in Wisetchaichan district, Anthong province , was atgood level in overall (X= 4.12). When considered in each side, found that the educational welfare at the present was at good level(X=4.01), the educational welfare management in the school(X=4.21), while the educational management for the poor was at good level (X=4.14). 2. The comparison of the educational welfare management of Sangha administrators in Wisetchaichan district, Anthong province, classified by personal factors in overall , found that the monks who had the difference of age, ordination year , position, educational certificate , Dhamma education and Pali education, had the opinions about the roles of educational welfare management of Sangha administrators in Wisetchaichan district, Anthong province indifferently. It rejected the hypothesis. 3. The findings of studying about the problems and obstacles of the roles of educational welfare management of Sangha administrators in Wisetchaichan district, Anthong province such as 1) the educational welfare at the present lacked of management efficiently and relatively staff, 2) the educational welfare management in the school that the participation and opinion for management have the rare chance
