MEMBERS’ SATISFACTION TOWARDS COMMUNITY ENTERPRISE OPERATIONS OF AGRICULTURAL DEMONSTRATION CENTER STORE SUBDISTRICT THASAO, SAIYOK DISTRICT, KANCHANABURI PROVINCE

Abstract

The Objestive of this research 1) to study person facter , economic . 2) to Styudy members’ Satisfaction towards Community Enterprise Operations of Agricultural Demonstration Center Store Subdistrict Thasao, Saiyok District, Kanchanaburi Province. 3) to compare members’ Satisfaction towards Community Enterprise Operations of Agricultural Demonstration Center Store Subdistrict Thasao, Saiyok District, Kanchanaburi Province by personal economic factor The sample consisted of 236 members of Community Enterprise Operations of Agricultural Demonstration Center Store Subdistrict Thasao, Saiyok District, Kanchanaburi Province. The data were collected by interviewing. Statistical analyses were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation,t-test,one-way ANOVA(F-test) and Least Significant Difference (LSD) The results of the research revealed that most members was female. The average of age was 49.75 years. The level of education was primary school. The most members was Merried. The average time of co-operation membership was 10.27 years. The average number of family member was 4 persons. Their main occupation was agriculturist 53%. The average income was 14,598.31 baht per month. The average expenditure was 8,356.57 baht per month. The average agricultural area was 12.01 rais. The average labor was 3 persons. Self funding source. The members had satisfaction towards Community Enterprise Operations of Agricultural Demonstration Center Store Thasao Subdistrict Saiyok, District, Kanchanaburi Province on the average at moderate level (mean 3.48). The business plan at moderate level (mean 3.39) capital and financial at moderate level (mean 3.47) stability and allocated benefits at moderate level (average 3.60). The results of hypothesis testing indicated that members with different sex status had significant difference at 0.05 level of significance. The members with different economic did not have significant difference in satisfaction at 0.05 level of significance.
