Abstract

The objective of this article was to find out the model of leadership factors
directly affected the effectiveness of Dean’s work in Rajabhat Universities, Rajamangala
Universities of Technology and Kalasin University by using the classic leadership
theories which consist of the theories of trait leadership, behavioral leadership,
situational leadership and the model derived from Suwatana Tungsawat’s research:
Leadership Factors Influencing Effectiveness of Work Performance of Dean’s in
Rajamangala Universities of Technology and model derived from Sakdet Sangkapat’s research: Leadership Factors Affecting the Effectiveness of Dean’s Work in North-Eastern
Rajabhat Universities. The result showed the new model that the leadership factors
directly affected the effectiveness of Deans’ work are talent, tolerance, team and
innovation.
