Abstract

The objectives of this research were : (1) to study the general state about development towards religious assets management of temple in Chonburi province, (2) to study the process of development towards religious assets management of temple in Chonburi province, (3) to present the quideline for development towards religious assets management of temple in Chonburi province. This research was the
mixed method research between the quantitative research is used the sample for 317 sets and data analysis is used by ready programme of social science though questionnaire and the data analysis used the statistic description, percentage, mean, standard deviation and the qualitative research by the in-depth interview from 17 key informants and process focus group discussion and then to analyze and present the data through descriptive as following :

The findings of this research as follows :
1. The opinion level of Sangha administrators had the opinion to the general state about development towards religious assets management of temple in Chonburi province that status of questionnaire  orrespondents are Sangha administrators such as Sangha administrators in Chonburi province that classified by status , found that the sample had the opinion to the development towards religious assets management of temple in Chonburi proince according to planning management in overall , was at high level (X=4.87) and had the opinion along with agreement at high level(S.D.= 0.669). When considered in each aspect found that the sampling group had the opinion was at high level in all aspects and had the opinion along with agreement at high level.
2. The process of development towards religious assets management of temple in Chonburi province, 1) The planning ; the monks , novices , people are the policy to promote and develop sustainably. 2) The organization management ; realized the potential and ability accept the place and rule about Sangha administrators should have the principle , stage at office of religious assets to offer the advise. 3) Personnel management; Sangha administrators should have knowledge and understanding the to see the high or low experience. 4) The Command ; it is important but only Sangha ad inistrator can not move ahead for
activity for looking after the religious asset of temple must have the cooperation. 5) The controlling ; use the principle of people participation and local community through the support of government.

3. To present the guideline for development towards religious assets management of temple in Chonburi province such as Sangha administrator have the major role for applying the Iddhibaha IV for the tool to work successfully. The Sangha organization should have happiness, development, to take care of religious assets of temple. When analyze the integrated data through consideration for the way to find out properly for assets of temple. At the present, it has the form along with Iddhibatha IV such as Chanta, Viriya, Citta, Vimangsa. For the Chanta, has the love to work, satisfied with objective that to get the success or attain the
objectives and has the love, good wish, be happy to work. The Viriya, Vira means brave, has the adventure, obstacle, to see the obstacle is like a piece of cake. Viriya happens with other people will work hard in each year. Viriya has importance for working hard that will get the success. The Citta, means understanding, quiet mind, no change the mind, mind is important to work effectively. 4) Vimangsa means to consider many reasons that it means to use wisdom, it will be good to think twice, Viriya like to work hard, to consider the cause and reason, should check, analysis, examination , improvement and then will work efficiently.
