- The studded found that the human resource development in Autonomous University grant commission have been changing in working system and changing the top head. So the policy cannot set permanent for a long terms and the budget is not sufficient to run the projects. There is no emphasizes and focus on the human development in each university is different a more there vision, there is lace of unity and cooperation a many there is a leach of Appling in the cooperation a monk there who belong to government controlling. The staffs working administrators is still be lived the government works they are waking in the way the same job and the time, leach of the knowledge of language. there will low working too. But some of university very much concern to the politic Drama which Leal to the problems.
3. The strategy of Autonomous University has to develop the vision seseuvce development under the objective as follow, qualitative development content, university guilty and celerity development. The university has to support the staffs workers to works for organization and working for their missions as administrative qualify for their universal standard and the university must supports the staffs workers to works for organization and develop a morality training and get new model strategy according the objective of the university. The university has to support the staff workers to be the best and a wire mean.
