THE ACHIEVEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT POLICY ON COMMUNITY ENTERPRISES GROUP: CASE OF PROCESSING OF HERB PRODUCT

Abstract

The objective of thesis is 1) the government policy of community enterprises group in case of processing herb product was study 2) the method of development processing herb product was suggest for community enterprises group 3) the operating conditions, issue and barrier of development processing herb product was study. The thesis focuses on Baan Dong Bang Herb on Prachinburi by using purposive sampling. The samples have 2 groups. The first group is government sector which constrains 10 peoples. The last group is private sector which constrains 15 peoples. The method is in-depth interview and Observation.

            Baan Dong Bang Herb produces the Dry Herb. The price of product was approved by Chao Phraya Abhaibhub Hospital. That is depending on planting time. The management structure contains Consultants, President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Production, Sealing and Processing. The products available on Baan Dong Bang Herb Group, Community Product Center, Chao Phraya Abhaibhub Hospital and Luk Suk Shop. The volume of production depends on the order of Chao Phraya Abhaibhub Hospital. The information was train by Chao Phraya Abhaibhub Hospital, internet and the government sector. The government policy of community enterprises group in case of processing herb product was obtain 1) Study the disease as market demand. 2) Research on propagation, cultivation and harvesting methods to ensure that the raw materials are of good quality. High volume content 3) Study on propagation by tissue culture To obtain high quality and consistent herbal raw materials in large quantities 4) Study the prevention and control of plant diseases by avoiding the use of insecticides. Because it may cause toxic residue. 5) Educate farmers who are interested in organic herbs.
