QUALITY SERVICE ACHIEVEMENT OF KAMPHAENGSAEN SUBDISTRICT MUNICIPALITY. NAKHONPATHOM PROVINCE

Abstract

This research aimed to study the quality service achievement of Kamphaengsaen  Subdistrict Municipality. Nakhonpathom Province by sex, age, education and income, and to study problems and obstacles and needs of people towards the quality service achievement of Kamphaengsaen Subdistrict Municipality.  The samples used in this study were the people who came to Kamphaengsaen Subdistrict Municipality in five divisions  namely :  the Permanent Bureau, the Division of Finance, Division of Engineering, Division of Education and Public Health, totalling 400 respondents and received 355 questionnaires. The research instrument was a 5-level scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed by computer program for percentage, mean and standard deviation.

            The research found that :

  1. The basic information of the respondents is mostly female than male. They are between 20 and 30 years of age. and diploma. The occupations of most respondents are government officers/ enterprises. The average monthly income found that most of them earn 10,001 - 15,000 baht.
  2. The level of people's satisfaction toward the quality service achievement of Kamphaengsaen Subdistrict Municipality, Nakornpathom Province is at a high level. And when considering each aspect is found to be at a high level. The highest average of two aspects was staffs, service providers, and service knowledge of staffs.

          3. Comparison of satisfaction level of people towards the quality service achievement of Kamphaengsaen Subdistrict Municipality, Nakhonpathom Province, sex, age, education, occupation and income were different. The satisfaction with the quality service achievement of Kamphaengsaen  Subdistrict Municipality. Nakhonpathom Province, overall were not dissimilar.  The statistical significance at the level was found at the .05 level.  However, the information obtained from the service and the knowledge of personnel service provider were significantly different at .05 level. There was no difference in the opinions of the respondents about people satisfaction with the quality service achievement of Kamphaengsaen Subdistrict Municipality, Nakhonpathom Province were higher than male
