Abstract

The three main objects of this research are 1) to analyze the level between an integration of Emotional Intelligence Leadership with Buddhist principle for organization leader 2) to receive data of the Buddhist Emotional Intelligence for organization leader 3) to present the model of  Buddhist Integrated Approach to Emotional Intelligence Leadership Development for the Organizational Sustainability by the research methodology of this research is a mixed method research.

The findings of this research were as follow: The level of perception of leader concerning Emotional Intelligent leadership Buddhism Integrated Development approach for Organizational Sustainability on four aspects were on a high level. Emotional Intelligent Leadership regarding Self-awareness aspects, leaders should understand oneself, role and responsibility. Confident and fair considerations are the result to Organizational Sustainability. Emotional Intelligent leadership regarding Self-management aspect, leaders should be able to understand and control their own thoughts and also be able to listen to others opinion. On Social-awareness, leader should be able to contribute theirs afford to the society. On Relationship-management aspect, leader must have good relationship with people in all levels and should be a reasonable person. Moreover, leader must believe in good deed and must be ready for open mind.
