Evaluation of Personnel Management of Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization

The purpose of this research was to study the evaluation of personnel management of Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization and to compare the evaluation of personnel administration of Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization. According to the opinions of personnel of Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization classified by gender, age, educational level and work experience. The samples used in the study were 175 personnel working in the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization who determined the sample size using the Krejcie and Morgan schedules. The instruments used to collect data were 5-level questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. T-test and the F-test.
The research found that :
- Personnel performing duties of Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization ; most of them were female, 50.86%, 31-40 years old, 44.57% had primary education, 36.57% and had experience of 16-20 years, 34.29%.
- Evaluation of Personnel Management of Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization : the overall level is moderate. On the other hand, it was found that all aspects were at a moderate level., sort order by average From descending to include human resources development, manpower planning, recruiting people to work person selection and the personnel out of the job, respectively.
- The results of the comparison of the evaluation of personnel management of the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization were classified by sex, age, educational level, and experience in work, The results found that the personnel of gender, age, education and different operational experience of the opinions on the evaluation of personnel management of Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization were overall not dissimilar
