ADMINISTRATIVE STRATEGY OF HIGH PERFORMANCE SCHOOL UNDER SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to, 1) study the current situations and the problems of schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office, 2) develop an appropriate strategy of Administrative Strategy Development of High Performance School under Secondary Educational Service Area Office and The research was divided into 2 phases: Phase 1: Study conceptual knowledge, theory and related documents to determine the research conceptual framework using documentary examination from. Phase 2: Develop strategy using field studies with 3 schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The samples were 3 school administrators selected by purposive sampling. The instrument used was indepth-interview. The results from Phase 1 and 2, then were brought to draft the strategy. The data were analyzed by using content analysis.

            The findings were as follows:

            1) The current situations found that; some areas had economy to send their children go to studied to the outside community. The school haก enough teachers and teaching the subject of study. The teachers Defending the work and supervision of the work of teachers making continuous improvement. The school is supported by the community. The stakeholders cooperation in education.      The problems found that; government legislation to barrier to management school         and had not continuous in policy , budget support from centrally not enough. The student wanted to study in the schools were highly competitive but the schools can not get them all. Some schools no senior executives for a long time It is impossible to decide on the matter.     

          2) Develop strategy of high performance school administration under Local Administrative  Organization  had components strategy: 1) vision 2) mission 3) sub strategy ; 3.1) Strategies  to improve academic administration with information technology to high performance school (Academic  Administration Strategy) consisted of goal and 6 tactics.  3.2) The administration 's budget strategy with information technology effectively (Budgets Administration Strategy) consisted of goal and 6 tactics. 3.3) Strategic Human Resource Professional to enhance the efficiency of operations and Promote discipline to excellence (Personnel Administration Strategy) consisted of goal and 5 tactics 3.4) Strategic Administration systemically development of student affairs building and place and building relationships with the community with information technology (General Administration Strategy) consisted of goal and 5 tactics.
