MODEL OF ADMINISTRATION TRAITS CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER UNDER LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study 1)Administration of Child    Development Center Under Local Government Organization.  2)  The Found a model of the Administration Traits of Child Development Center Under Local Government Organization.  3)  A Confirmation the Administration Traits of Child Development Center Under Local Government Organization. The research was divided into 3 phases :  Phases 1: Study conceptual knowledge, theory and related document to the research conceptual framework using documentary and using field studies with 3 experts under Local Government Organization. The samples were 3  experts by purposive sampling. The instrument used was semi- structure interview.  Phases 2 : The Found a model were Qualitative investigation of model using focus group with 9 experts by purposive sampling . Phases 3 : A confirm themodel were Quantitative  investigation using 200 experts by factor analysis using were 20 be equal to variable and multi-stage method questionnaire  with Index of Consistency (IOC) between .80-1.00 and reliability at .98  and using were  analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis.

            The findings were as follows :

1. The components of administration of child development center under Local Government Organization consisted of two main features and seven traits consisted . The main features are as below : 1.1 The three Professional traits consisted  of  (1)  Intellect skill consisted  (2) leader ship consisted  and (3) Motivation consisted. 1.2 The  four Personality  traits consisted of  (1) social consisted  (2) personality consisted  (3) morality and ethics consisted and  (4) physicalconsisted.
2. The Found model of administration of child development center under Local Government Organization were Qualitative investigation of model using focus group with 9 experts consisted of two main features and seventraits consisted. The main features are as below : 2.1 The  four Professional traits consisted of (1)  Intellect skill consisted  (2) leader ship consisted  (3) Motivation consisted  and  (4)  knowledge consisted  2.2 The  three Personality traits consisted of  (1) social consisted  (2) personality consisted   and (3) morality and ethics consisted  3. A confirmation model  of administration of child development center under Local Government Organization were as follows : A model  of administration of childdevelopmentcenter under Local Government Organization were rerated to empirical data with Chi-Square= 17.07, p-value = 0.20, df = 13, GFI = 0.98, AGFI = 0.95, RMSEA = 0.035
