Abstract

Leaders are key individuals in every organization, a government organization or a private sector organization. It is the person who will lead the organization to the goal or lead the organization to overcome the crisis under the circumstances that affect the organization. There are many people who have studied leaders from the past to the present. Types of leadership features leadership features include leadership with creating change this scholarly article exclusively on leaders and changes in leadership elements; change leadership, change characteristics, leadership, change, and the process of change.
