COMMUNITY LEADERS’ CULTURAL MANAGEMENT IN ACTIVITY ENHANCEMENT FOR SOCIAL SECURITY AND SUSTAINABILITY

The objectives of this study were 1) to study the history and problems of the community leaders in promoting social and cultural activities, 2) to study of management of community leaders in cultural activities to secure a sustainable society. The study using qualitative research. Data were collected by in-depth interviewing of 40 key informants choose a specific panel of experts with a structured interview. in an interview viral data collected from an individual and a group discussion with those involved; community leaders, government and the community, cultural district health, teacher development district, headman, president housewife, group leader bosch, the village health volunteers (vhv.) scholars, and abbot data were analyzed using descriptive.
The finding of this research were as follows:
The 2 villages have a history of community vary according to context area, the similarity in style, a strong tradition ritual dominate heat 12 klong 14. especially the provincial and district level, community leaders and residents joined the majority, boon koon lan to kwaykgaw.
The tradition of merit, rocket, bee nerve parade in the lenten festival and old fighter activity, problems in promoting activities. It is a process-driven process, social and cultural aspects. It includes planning, structuring work, organization of workers and follow-up. The barriers are related to personnel. material cost, and how does the cultural leader's cultural management work? to promote social security activities. sustainable community (sustainable community) it will be necessary to remove lessons from the problems encountered in the planning phase. structuring work, organizing people into work and follow-up. to improve and develop as a strength in promoting consistent activities. it is a quality work circuit. most people in the community are public. ready to join the village activities with just regular. have good health and pursue a career in the sufficiency economy. self-reliant.
