STRATEGIC ADMINISTRATION OF SUB-DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION, MUANG DISTRICT, CHAIYAPHUM PROVINCE.

This research aimed to study strategic administration, to compare strategic
administration with different gender, position and sub-district Administration
Organization of the personnel as well as to propose the recommendations for
strategic administration of Sub-district Administration Organization, Muang District,
Chaiyaphum Province.
Research Methodology was quantitative research. A sample of 281 people
were selected by systematic sampling form the population of 943 people of Subdistrict
Administrative Organization, Muang District, Chaiyaphum Province. The
research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire with the reliability coefficient
of 0.95. The statistics used for the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean
and standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested by t-test (Independent samples).
One-way ANOVA (or F-test) and multiple comparison test by Scheffe's method. The
statistical significance was at .05 level.
The results were as follows.
1. Strategic administration of Sub-district Sub-district Administrative
Organization in Muang District, Chaiyaphum Province was at the moderate level.
When each aspect was classified, it was found that the strategic administration that
was at the high level in the control and evaluation. There were two aspects that
were at the medium level; strategic planning and implementation of the strategy.
While, strategic analysis was at the low level.
2. The results of the comparison of strategic administration by different
gender, position and Sub-district Administrative Organization of the personnel
revealed that the personnel with different gender and position did not have
statistically significant difference in overall attitude and in each aspect of strategic
administration of Sub-district Administrative Organization, Muang District,
Chaiyaphum, at .05 level. But the personnel with different organization had
statistically significant difference in overall attitude and in each aspect of strategic
administration of Sub-district Administration Organization, Muang District,
Chaiyaphum Province, at .05 level.
3. The recommendations on strategic administration with different
gender, position and Sub-district Administrative Organization were that the
organization should set clear and up-to-date visions and missions. Also, the
participation of all levels of personnel must be required for planning each part of
the organization and it should meet the needs and solve most people’s problems.
