This research aimed to 1) study the entrepreneurs perceptions of trade situations in Indo-china Market, Mukdahan Province after Integration into ASEAN economic community 2) analyze confirmatory factors of entrepreneurs perceptions of trade situations in Indo-china market, Mukdahan province after the establishment of the AEC. 3) assess model fitness with the empirical data. The population of this research consisted of entrepreneurs in Indo-china market, Mukdahan province with a total of 690 stores and the sample size was 499 entrepreneurs and a multi-stage sampling method was used in this research. The research instrument was questionnaires. The statistics used for the data analysis included descriptive statistics consisted of means, percentage, standard deviation and structural equation modeling. The findings revealed that the entrepreneurs perceptions of trade situations in Indo-china market, Mukdaohan province after the establishment of the AEC in overall was at the high level. The results of confirmatory factor analysis with highest factor loadings were products (0.73). The results of model fitness with empirical data found that the constructs indicate a good fit comparative fit index (CFI) was 1.0, the goodness fit index (GFI) was 1.0, the adjusted goodness of fit index (AFGI) was 1.0, the standardized root mean square residual (SRMR) was 0.0047, and the root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA) was 0.00.
