THE STRATEGY OF BUDDHIST HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT TOWARDS THE HIGH COMPETENCY ORGANIZATION OF BUDDHIST UNIVERSITIES OF THAI SANGHA

Abstract

The research findings were as follows :

                 1.Human resource development in higher education institute of Thai Sangha found that had human resourcedevelopment policy to set career path for all staffs but lack of planning to spread to the provincial. Moreover manpower planning did not be consistent with task and office hours, including to the condition of recruitment , performance appraisal and lack of supporting in welfare.

                 2. The Buddhist integration human resource development by Trisikka in higher education institute of Thai Sangha found that university have promoted staffs behave well follow morality and the virtue , try to understand in the rule , coexisting rules respect the right and the duty of one another ,emphasize activity arrangement for develop the efficiency in work practice grows the conscious by human resourcedevelopment activities such as training , education and development for them skills ,new knowledge and experience for high efficiency in their jobswithout exploiting each other.

                  3. The human resource development in higher education institute of Thai Sanghain the part of human resourcedevelopment policy of the university has an opinion that conforms and support with development plan No 11 that be composed of 5 Strategies , 4 Missions and organization management. All of plan was the detail that formed indicate in the project ,especially yearly plan to support human resourcedevelopment activities and the potential development process . Moreover, there is the specification of the policy to become to learning organization that will be supported to high performance organization of higher education institute of Thai Sangha.
