การขับเคลื่อนยอดขายดีไซน์เฟอร์นิเจอร์ในไทย: แบ่งกลุ่มผู้บริโภคตามสถานภาพสมรสและรายได้

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออธิบายความตั้งใจซื้อดีไซน์เฟอร์นิเจอร์ไทยผ่านประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับตราสินค้า ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนาแบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือการวิจัย เก็บข้อมูลกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 200 ตัวอย่าง และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติโดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณด้วยวิธี Stepwise แยกตามสถานภาพสมรส และรายได้
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าประสบการณ์ตราสินค้าด้านพฤติกรรมสามารถอธิบายความตั้งใจซื้อดีไซน์เฟอร์นิเจอร์ไทยได้มากที่สุดในสถานภาพโสดและไม่มีบุตร (β=.324, p<.01) ในขณะที่ภาพลักษณ์ตราสินค้าด้านภาพลักษณ์องค์กรสามารถอธิบายความตั้งใจซื้อดีไซน์เฟอร์นิเจอร์ไทยได้มากที่สุดในสถานภาพสมรสอื่น ๆ (β=.345, p<.001) นอกนี้จากนี้ยังพบว่าภาพลักษณ์ตราสินค้าด้านภาพลักษณ์ผู้ใช้สินค้า และด้านภาพลักษณ์องค์กรสามารถอธิบายความตั้งใจซื้อดีไซน์เฟอร์นิเจอร์ไทยได้สูงสุดในบุคคลที่มีรายได้ 10,000 - 50,000 บาท (β=.300, p<.01) ในขณะที่ภาพลักษณ์ตราสินค้าด้านองค์กรสามารถอธิบายความตั้งใจซื้อดีไซน์เฟอร์นิเจอร์ไทยได้สูงสุดในบุคคลที่มีรายได้ 50,001 บาทขึ้นไป (β=.326, p<.001)
ผลการวิจัยเหล่านี้นำไปสู่การนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในทางปฏิบัติที่สำคัญสำหรับการวางกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดแบบกำหนดเป้าหมาย ผู้ประกอบการควรเน้นย้ำประสบการณ์ตรง เช่น การทดลองใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ สำหรับผู้บริโภคโสดเพื่อลดความไม่แน่นอน ในทางกลับกัน เมื่อกำหนดเป้าหมายไปยังกลุ่มสถานภาพอื่น ๆ หรือกลุ่มรายได้สูง ควรเปลี่ยนจุดเน้นไปที่การสร้างและสื่อสารภาพลักษณ์องค์กรที่แข็งแกร่งและน่าเชื่อถือผ่านการสร้างแบรนด์อย่างมืออาชีพและการรับรองจากอุตสาหกรรม สำหรับผู้ซื้อที่มีรายได้ปานกลาง การสื่อสารต้องเน้นย้ำคุณค่าการใช้งานและความทนทานของผลิตภัณฑ์อย่างชัดเจนเพื่อสร้างความน่าเชื่อถือ
