บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ระดับการรู้สารสนเทศของผู้สูงอายุ (2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับการรู้สารสนเทศของผู้สูงอายุ จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ประชากรอายุตั้งแต่ 60 ปีขึ้นไป ในเขตดุสิต จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมี 2 ตอน คือ ตอนที่ 1 เป็นคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม และตอนที่ 2 เป็นข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับระดับการรู้สารสนเทศ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้ค่าสถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานวิจัย T-test และ F-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้สูงอายุมีระดับการรู้สารสนเทศ โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับน้อย ( = 2.09) และ ผลเปรียบเทียบการรู้สารสนเทศของผู้สูงอายุตามคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล พบว่าผู้สูงอายุที่มีเพศต่างกัน มีการรู้สารสนเทศไม่แตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ในขณะที่ตัวแปรอายุ วุฒิการศึกษา อาชีพ ของผู้สูงอายุที่ต่างกันมีการรู้สารสนเทศแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01
