การจัดการความเสี่ยง: บริบทใหม่ในยุคโลกพลิกผัน

บทความวิชาการเรื่องการจัดการความเสี่ยงบริบทใหม่ในยุคโลกพลิกผัน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทบทวนความรู้ เกี่ยวกับแนวคิดการจัดการความเสี่ยง พร้อมทั้งเสนอแนวทางการจัดการความเสี่ยงในโลกพลิกผัน เพื่อให้องค์การพร้อมรับมือกับสถานการณ์ความเสี่ยง เนื่องจากกระแสของการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เต็มไปด้วยความผันผวน ความไม่แน่นอน ความซับซ้อน และคลุมเครือ หรือที่เรียกว่า “VUCA” ซึ่งนับวันจะทวีความรุนแรง และเชื่อมโยงกับหลากหลายปัจจัยเสี่ยงที่ทำให้ยากต่อการคาดการณ์ถึงแนวโน้มในอนาคต จากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการความเสี่ยงและสถานการณ์โลกในยุคพลิกผัน ทำให้ตระหนักรู้และเล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญของการจัดการความเสี่ยงที่มีผลต่อความอยู่รอดขององค์การ ทั้งภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน โดยเสนอกรอบแนวคิดเพื่อยกระดับการจัดการความเสี่ยงให้เท่าทันกับสถานการณ์พลวัตของความเสี่ยงในโลกพลิกผันด้วยการจัดการความเสี่ยงที่ครอบคลุมในทุกมิติ โดยให้สมาชิกทุกคนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วม การให้ความรู้และเพิ่มทักษะอย่างต่อเนื่อง ตลอดจนการจัดการความเสี่ยงโดยคำนึงถึงความรับผิดชอบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม สังคม และการกำกับดูแล เพื่อสร้างความพร้อมต่อสภาพแวดล้อมภายใต้สถานการณ์ที่มีความไม่แน่นอนและนำพาองค์การสู่การเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน
