ทักษะการวิจัยของครูนักวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอน

บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอสาระสำคัญเกี่ยวกับทักษะการวิจัยของครูนักวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอน อันประกอบด้วย ความหมายและความสำคัญของทักษะวิจัยของครูนักวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนการสอน องค์ประกอบทักษะที่จำเป็นในการทำวิจัยของครูนักวิจัย ขั้นตอนการทำวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนของครูนักวิจัย การนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้เพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนการสอน และเทคนิคจากประสบการณ์ในการเขียนวิจัยแต่ละบท ประเด็นที่นำเสนอนี้จะช่วยส่งเสริมและเป็นแนวทางให้ครูนักวิจัยสามารถทำวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ให้เหมาะสมกับผู้เรียน รวมทั้งครูนักวิจัยจะได้ค้นคว้า ปรับปรุงแก้ไขและพัฒนาวิธีการสอนใหม่ๆ ให้เหมาะสมกับผู้เรียนของตนและสภาพผู้เรียนที่มีความแตกต่างระหว่างบุคคล ย่อมเป็นแนวทางในการไปสู่ความสำเร็จของผู้เรียนในอนาคต รวมทั้งการทำวิจัยของครูนั้นถือเป็นกระบวนการสร้างนวัตกรรมอย่างหนึ่งในโรงเรียน ซึ่งเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการพัฒนาศักยภาพของครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ พัฒนาผู้เรียน ตลอดจนการพัฒนาวิชาชีพของตนให้มีคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง
